Parados Education Inc. is a not-for-profit arts organisation delivering inclusive, creative programs for children and young people. The organisation operates across youth development and community arts, with a strong commitment to accessibility.

Hayley Davis

Arts educator, theatre maker and Creative Director/CEO

Hayley holds a Bachelor of Design from RMIT, a Graduate Diploma of Education in the Arts and 15 years experience facilitating arts events with and for children in remote and regional Queensland.​ 

Melanie Leighton

Melanie is a Sunshine Coast–raised dancer with over 25 years of experience in dance and performance across Australia and the United States. She brings a deep love of musical theatre alongside strong classical training, offering industry knowledge and choreography expertise.

Estefania Nurit

Estefania Nurit (Nia) is an Australian-Argentinian interdisciplinary artist. A qualified educator and experienced producer based on Kabi Kabi Country, her practice weaves dance, physical theatre, voice, music, and writing; drawing on over a decade of movement training to create embodied performances and collaborative creative experiences.  

Lily-Rose Bubke

Lily-Rose is a 19 year old musician and songwriter based in the Gympie Region. She is currently volunteering as an assistant musical theatre teacher at Parados and is doing a wonderful job!
